Each mold component we produce is inspected for quality at each stage of manufacturing and assembly.
We call it "Check, Double Check, Re-Check"
As each part is designed at the CAD stations, measurements are examined continually to insure all components will fit together properly once they are produced. Each design team member is in constant contact during all phases of the design process and remain in contact as the project enters the manufacturing stage.
All components are examined at each stage of production with the same scrutiny. Each machine operator is involved in the Quality process, and examines and verifies each part they produce meets all specifications. Again, as the mold is assembled each technician checks the components thoroughly as they combine them into a working mold.
This redundancy is built into our entire process. A constant attention to detail is applied to each mold we produce. We feel this is the "human element" in the quality process, and each team members mission is to strive for excellence.

Real Quality isn't an add on . . . it is designed and built into each mold we produce.
You simply cannot get to the end of the production process then reach into a parts bin and "add the Quality" as the mold is finished.
