Rapid Mold Solutions (RMS) is a premier tool and die production facility located in Erie, PA. We are organized as a full service tooling facility, combining design and manufacturing in one location for maximum efficiency.

We make plastic injection molds for clients throughout the United States and have produced molds shipped to Asia and Europe as well.

Our business is focused on three primary areas. Production Molds, Rapid and Prototype Molds, and Mold Repair.

Our close working relationship with many plastic injection molding companies keeps us on top of the latest trends in mold design and changes in the plastic injection process.

We meet the challenges of our industry by challenging ourselves. We do not build molds the same way we did just five years ago, therefore, all things being equal, we will not build them the same in the future. Our mission is to lead the challenge!

Tool & Die and Mold design is a specialized area of machining and requires a specific knowledge of molds for plastic injection molding.
