RMS joins CAD and CAM like no other shop.

We don't count the number of computers and screens, software packages and work stations. We join them. As a result, the number "ONE" best describes the CAD/CAM stations. Every station is joined on a controlled network, allowing design and manufacture to work together like never before, to deliver the finest mold possible.

By utilizing "Pro Engineer" as the primary software for our needs, we have invested in the training of our personnel to fully utilize this powerful engineering solution. Our designers are knowledgeable of ALL of the most common CAD/CAM software such as Unigraphics, Solidworks, Catia, EdgeCam, etc. You can upload any of these files and we can work with them.

Additionally, we credit the design team for much of the cost containment, which is the result of the efforts of our mold designers ability to incorporate innovative manufacturing concepts into the part, right from the start.

If a tool company can be compared to a body, the design station is the central nervous system.

The majority of the decisions which will affect the outcome of the project are determined here. Concept, cost along with production opportunities and limitations are all addressed.
